How it Works


  1. Consultation- Meeting in your home with Molly where we will discuss your goals and dreams for your home. Molly will take notes, pictures, and measurements.

  2. Follow Up Appointment- Molly will present homeowner with selections. Drawings, lighting plans, and all finishes will be presented. Clients will also be shown fabrics, furniture, and custom work to be done.

  3. Estimates for Clients Approval- Homeowner will be given estimates for all work done for the project. Upon approval, 50% deposit is required to proceed, and other 50% is due on or before Installation Day. Client will be given an estimated Installation Date.

  4. Ordering- All ordering and intense attention to detail will be given to every aspect of the project. Molly will work closely with the manufacturers, drapery workroom, and any subcontractors that might be brought in for the project. Upon initial ordering, the client will be given an estimated installation date.

  5. Installation Day! The moment we all wait for! Molly and her team will install any items that are custom, furniture and rugs delivered, and details completed.
